Refund Policy
1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Item Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will not be accepted for a refund.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
5. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Return of the Unapproved Item: If after inspection, your returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we will not be able to process a full refund.
- Option A: The item will be returned to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Option B: You can choose to either pay for the return shipping or let us keep the item if you don't want it returned.
- Option C: Store Credit or Partial Refund: we may consider offering the customer a partial refund or store credit, even if a full refund is not approved.
7. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for an item in a different size or color, please contact our customer service. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
8. Non-refundable items: Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
